Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Once your order has been packaged you will receive another email informing you that your garments will be on their way, along with tracking information. During times of high volumes such as holiday periods, release dates and archive sales please allow extra time and patience.

All order are shipped from our warehouse in Australia. We use a range of shipping couriers such as DHL, Aus post and Fedex and we aim to ship your order as quickly and safely as possible.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

All international duties, taxes or border chargers are calculated at checkout, please be aware of this as we are not responsible for these charges that may occur.

Please note, this list below is a estimate based on previous history and may change due to certain circumstances.

Once your order has been received by our team, packaged and them picked up by our chosen courier based on shipping preference you may see your transit time below, and an indication on how long it may take to get to you.

AUSTRALIA [domestic]: 1-4 days

NEW ZEALAND: 1-4 days

JAPAN: 2-6 days

UNITED KINGDOM: 2-10 days

EUROPE: 2-10 days

CANADA: 2-10 days

We do ship to most countries via free express shipping on all orders with around 1-6 transit days. If your country is not listed and do need to know, please contact the team at support@fourfourfourstudios.com and we can send you more information in regards to this. During times of high demand such as new range releases or drops please allow up to seven (7) business days for your item to be fulfilled.

RETURNS POLICY

Please contact us via support@fourfourfourstudios.com if you have any questions prior to purchase as it could affect your order. We strongly advise you to research our size charts on each garment you are interested in prior to placing an order with us. Please carefully read through this returns policy as you are agreeing to this when you make a purchase from our website.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns for non-faulty items. Please email support@fourfourfourstudios.com with order number, full name and details/reasoning for the item return. In the email heading please provide your full name, and title return so that your email can be sorted appropriately. Size changes are subject to availability. Returns, refunds and exchanges will only be processed once the item has been received back in our warehouse and has been assessed by our team. This process allows us to look at your reasoning and assess the item. Note, the item must be packaged in the original packaging in original condition with hangtags still attached, If hangtags are removed we cannot accept a return.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POSTAGE

All shipping costs due to 'change of mind' will be at the cost of the customer only. FOURFOURFOUR does not cover shipping costs if you decide you no longer want an item, or if you have a change of heart. We will only accept these charges if an item is proven to be damaged, faulty or if you have received an incorrect garment.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe that your purchase garment is either faulty or damaged by us and not you, incorrect or missing. Please contact us at support@fourfourfourstudios.com with your order number, full name, photos of the fault/damages. All orders or claims have a 14 day cooling off period, If you do not lodge a claim within 14 days of receiving your items (not from when we ship), then you will not be eligible for a return. Refunds will only be processed if the item is proving to be faulty on our end and fourfourfour reserve the right to deny as refunds if proving otherwise.
